Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of go.southgatestrategies.com (the "Site"), operated by Southgate Strategies LLC ("Southgate," "we," "us"), and the chats, texts, calls and emails you exchange with us through it. By using the Site or opting in to our messages, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.
Description of Services
Southgate Strategies LLC runs customer acquisition for local service businesses. Our services include an AI receptionist that answers calls, texts and website chat; Google review requests and replies; past-customer marketing; websites; Local SEO; ads management on Google, Meta and Local Services Ads; and social content. Our AI receptionist never claims to be a person and says it is AI whenever a caller asks.
The Site describes those services and lets you ask us questions by chat, text or phone. Nothing is sold on the Site. Our prices are published at southgatestrategies.com/pricing, and the billing terms behind them are at southgatestrategies.com/terms. If you become a client, your signed agreement with us governs your service.
Descriptions of our services describe the work we do. They are general information, not legal or financial advice, and not a promise of any particular result.
User Responsibilities
• Give us accurate information, including a phone number that is yours or that you are authorized to use.
• If you give up or change the phone number you gave us, reply STOP from it first or tell us, so our texts don't reach someone else.
• Use the Site and the chat lawfully and in line with these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• use the Site or the chat to send anything unlawful, harassing, misleading or harmful;
• send spam or automated messages through the chat;
• impersonate anyone, or give a phone number you are not authorized to use;
• try to gain unauthorized access to the Site or the systems behind it, or interfere with how it runs;
• copy or scrape the Site with automated tools.
We may stop responding to, or block, anyone who breaks these rules.
SMS Messaging Terms
Program name. Southgate Strategies text messages.
Program description. Southgate Strategies LLC operates this SMS program to send text messages to people who opt in. Messaging use cases include informational messages (replies to your questions, appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders and follow-ups) and marketing messages about Southgate's services, including offers.
How you opt in. You opt in by starting a chat on this Site and agreeing to the consent wording shown in the chat widget, or by texting us first at (479) 326-7376. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying any goods or services.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on your conversations with us.
Costs. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
How to opt out. Reply STOP to any message from us at any time (text STOP to cancel). We'll send one final message confirming you're unsubscribed, and you won't receive any more texts from us. To rejoin, opt in again using either method above.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder of, or authorized to use, the mobile number you give us.
Privacy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Our Privacy Policy at https://go.southgatestrategies.com/privacy-policy explains how we handle your information.
Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including the Southgate Strategies name, logo, text and design, are owned by Southgate Strategies LLC and protected by law. You may view the Site normally, but you may not copy, reproduce or use its content without our written permission.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. The Site may link to other websites, including our main site. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Southgate Strategies LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our messages.
